A precast garage is erected in one continuous sequence, columns, then beams, then tees, level by level, and the schedule is only as good as the coordination behind it. HSE erects total-precast parking structures for general contractors, owners and precast producers, coordinating delivery, crane position and connection work so each level closes before the next one starts. Recent work includes the 1,235-space total-precast garage at Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center, where HSE is named as the PCI Certified Erector, and the Marquis parking structure in Easton, Pennsylvania.

The structural frame, columns set and plumbed, inverted tee and L-beams landed, double tees flown and connected. Bearing pads, weld plates and topping interfaces are checked as the deck goes together, not after the crane leaves.
